Case Filed Against Jagan for Guntur Mirchi Yard Visit

A case has been registered against YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy in connection with his visit to the Guntur Mirchi Yard. Despite the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) for the MLC elections and prior instructions from the Election Commission and the Guntur District Collector advising against the visit, Jagan proceeded with the program at the Mirchi Yard.
 
Following this, a case was registered at Nallapadu Police Station in Guntur district. The complaint alleges that Jagan, along with Ambati Rambabu, Kodali Nani, Lella Appireddy, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, and Nandigam Suresh, violated the Election Commission and district election authorities' directives by organizing the event.
