Users mentioned that despite Ambani paying for his son’s wedding, the company raised prices. Airtel and Vodafone Idea also increased their tariffs, prompting people to consider BSNL as a better option.

As a result, 2.75 million people switched to BSNL. The company responded by offering competitive plans with long validity at low prices, attracting millions of customers. For instance, BSNL offers a 90-day validity plan for just Rs.91, along with attractive call, data, and SMS rates. Additionally, BSNL introduced a prepaid recharge plan of Rs.107, providing 3GB 4G data with a 35-day validity and 200 minutes of free voice calls per day.
