The following facts have emerged in the case of adulterated ghee supplied to TTD during Jagan’s regime:

  • AR Foods company does not have the capacity to supply 1000 tonnes of ghee per month.
  • TTD technical committee confirmed only 16 tonnes of ghee.
  • Jagan needs to explain how 1000 tonnes of ghee could be supplied.
  • A lorry from AR Foods reached Tirumala on 12th June, despite the 500 km distance taking 8 days to cover.
  • It has been proven that no ghee was produced in AR Foods dairy plant.
  • Adulterated ghee made from animal fat was supplied in the name of the company in other places.
  • YV Subbareddy, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, and other officials involved have been accused of corruption in the ghee contract by TDP National Spokesperson Kommareddy Pattabhiram.
