The AP Education Minister, Lokesh, played a crucial role in rescuing an unfortunate woman who went abroad for work and faced severe abuse. Understanding the suffering she endured in a foreign country, Minister Lokesh took immediate action to help her.

Ultimately, the victims were brought back to their homeland and reunited with their families, who expressed their gratitude to the minister. So far, he has successfully returned around 25 individuals who were stranded abroad and experiencing significant hardships.

One such individual is Lakshmi, a woman from Rajiv Nagar, Srikalahasti, in the Tirupati district, who went to Kuwait seeking employment. After her arrival, the agent who had deceived her arranged a job for her in a household and then disappeared. Despite her poor health, her employers pressured Lakshmi to work, subjecting her to constant harassment and physical abuse in her living quarters. Lakshmi managed to communicate with her family about the torment she was enduring and pleaded for their help.

Upon receiving news of Lakshmi's situation, her family contacted a local leader from the TTD, who promptly informed Minister Lokesh about her plight via X (Twitter). The minister responded by assuring the family that he would assist Lakshmi and bring her back to India.

True to his word, Minister Lokesh dispatched a team to gather complete details regarding her situation. They liaised with the embassy and took the necessary steps to ensure Lakshmi’s safe return.

As a result of these efforts, Lakshmi returned to India today (Saturday), where she was reunited with her emotional family. They expressed their heartfelt thanks to Minister Nara Lokesh for his support in bringing her home safely.
