SAEL’s 1200 Megawatt investment to AP:Lokesh

Minister for HRD and IT Nara Lokesh expressed his happiness over investments to Andhra Pradesh. He shared the SAEL’s 1200 megawatt investment plan to AP information in his X account. I met Sukhbir Singh, Managing Director, SAEL Industries Limited to discuss SAEL's upcoming 1200 MW investment in Andhra Pradesh to be developed in two phases.

They will be commencing work on the first phase 600 MW project, one of the first projects to commence construction under our attractive integrated clean energy policy. We also discussed SAEL's innovative waste to energy technology using agricultural waste and its use in Andhra Pradesh.

I also met with representatives of @norfund, @NDBBank and Societe Generale,

(@SocGen_India ) to discuss their investments in AP and how we can further facilitate and multiply their investments by providing them a conducive investment climate, Nara Lokesh shared the information.
