Ch. Venkaiah Chowdhary, the 2005 batch IRS officer has been appointed as new Joint Executive Officer (JEO) for Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD). The Chief Secretary has been issued orders in this regard on Wednesday night. The JEO has important role in the temple administration especially in execution. The IRS officer is also much interested to serve his duties at Tirumala with spiritual mindset. 

According to orders, on his admission into duty, the services of Ch. Venkaiah Chowdhary, IRS (2005) are placed at the disposal of Revenue (Endowments) Department for appointment as Additional Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), Tirumala, under the powers conferred on the Government in Sub Section 1 of Section 106 of the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987.
