The makers of ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ have built special set at Mangalagiri in Vijayawada (capital city of Andhra Pradesh). Since Pawan is occupied most of his time with political assignments in the capital city, to facilitate him for a hassle-free travel, the filmmakers built a special set near Mangalagiri. Hari Hara Veera Mallu is slated for release on March 25, 2025.

The Jyothi Krisna directorial is in the final leg pf production and the filmmakers wanted to wrap up Pawan’s portion first so that the actor can focus on his political commitments.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu Sets In Mangalagiri

Pawan has resumed shooting for the period drama on Saturday. The makers confirmed Pawan’s presence on the film sets through their social media handle. “Our Chief, our #HariHaraVeeraMallu @PawanKalyan garu has joined the shoot TODAY! More exciting updates coming your way soon. See you all in theatres on 28th March, 2025,” filmmakers captioned.
Pawan Underwent Shaolin Kung Fu Weapon Training
Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Sword vs Spirit is a historical action adventure that depicts the life of legendary outlaw Veera Mallu. The film which is set in the 17th century Mughal Empire, has screenplay by Sai Madhav Burra. Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal and Nora Fatehi are also part of the film. Pawan Kalyan underwent Shaolin Kung Fu weapon training under Harsh Verma, who is the first Indian in centuries, to be accepted into the Shaolin Temple in Northern China. He also choreographed a fight sequence involving weapons in the film.
