The Swarnandra @ 2047 program will be inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu at the Indira Gandhi Stadium on December 13. The event is expected to draw around 25,000 attendees, including students from Krishna, Guntur, and NTR districts. District collector Dr G Lakshmi held a coordination meeting on Tuesday to ensure the success of the event.

The Collector highlighted several key points for the event’s success, including the mobilization of 500 buses for attendees, managing security and parking, setting up exhibitions on ten themes related to the program, and ensuring sanitation facilities. Temporary toilets will be set up in the parking areas, and the necessary drinking water supply will be arranged.

The collector stressed that officials should work efficiently to address any challenges that may arise during the preparation and execution of the program. The joint collector will serve as the nodal officer, and the municipal commissioner will oversee the event's implementation. The arrangements also include overseeing construction work for the venue, including barricades, and ensuring all security protocols are followed.

Officials from various departments, including R&B, Transport, Police, and Horticulture, have been assigned specific responsibilities to ensure the event runs smoothly. The program’s success will be vital to showcasing the state’s vision for 2047.
