Officials in NTR district conducted a malaria survey in Ramakrishnapuram to prevent the spread of diseases such as dengue and malaria in the surrounding areas of Budameru Katta. Dr. Moti Babu, the District Malaria Officer, and Assistant Malaria Officer Surya Naik conducted the survey in low laying areas and eradicated larvae causing malaria and dengue fever.

They also informed people about the prevalence of mosquito-borne illnesses in Vijayawada city and advised them to drink boiled. Additionally, they formed special teams to eradicate mosquito larvae through oil balls and anti-larvae malaria methods in stagnant water areas. ANMs conducted a wide survey of suspects and issued orders to collect blood samples.

Free blood tests and medicines will be provided at the regional medical health center in Ramakrishnapuram. Municipal Corporation staff have been directed to make arrangements for fogging at night.

Various officials and staff, including Sub Unit Officer and ANMs Ashalu, participated in the program.
