High Court issues notice in Sajjala Bhargav’s quash petition

Hyderabad: Dec 16: Sajjala Bhargav Reddy, a prominent political figure, has filed a quash petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court, seeking to have nine cases against him dismissed. The cases were filed in connection with his social media posts.
The High Court has directed the police to submit a counter to the petition. In the interim, the court has granted relief by issuing orders preventing his arrest for the next two weeks, providing temporary respite to Reddy as the legal proceedings continue.
