Nine-Page Complaint Triggers Action Against Nalgonda District Intelligence SP Ganji Kavitha

Nalgonda District Intelligence SP Ganji Kavitha has been relieved of her duties, with official orders issued attaching her to the DGP office. The action was taken against her following allegations of corruption and illegal collections.

Notably, the complaints against Ganji Kavitha were made by her own department staff, who submitted a detailed nine-page letter to senior officials highlighting her misconduct. The letter alleged that she collected bribes in exchange for Intelligence Department postings. Additionally, it claimed that she engaged in high-interest lending and forced staff to participate in real estate ventures under her supervision. Based on these accusations, higher authorities initiated action against her.

Ganji Kavitha had been serving as the Nalgonda District Intelligence SP for seven years. During her tenure, it is reported that she was involved in significant illegal collections from gutkha and ration mafias. Reports suggest that even her own staff were not spared from her extortion schemes. It is alleged that she operated her illicit activities through four constables.

Following a comprehensive investigation, there is a likelihood that Ganji Kavitha may face suspension.
