In a tragic incident in Siddipet district of Telangana, five youths drowned in the Konda Pochamma Sagar reservoir near Markur Mandal. The deceased have been identified as Dhanush (20), Lohith (17), Dineshwar (17), Jatin (17), and Srinivas (17). Among them, Dhanush and Lohith were brothers. The bodies were retrieved and shifted to a nearby hospital.

A group of seven youths from Hyderabad had visited the reservoir today. While attempting to swim, five of them accidentally drowned, while the remaining two managed to escape safely. Upon receiving the information, local police rushed to the scene to investigate the incident.
