Amaravati: July 14: With the Central Government’s approval for the construction of the Outer Ring Road (ORR) to Amaravati, the capital of Andhra Pradesh, attention is now shifting to the development of the Inner Ring Road (IRR).

The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has been directed by the State government to prepare for the IRR project as well. CRDA commissioner Bhaskar, in coordination with relevant departments, is currently overseeing the assessment of earlier proposed alignments and land requisites.

Detailed scrutiny of ground-level conditions is underway to evaluate the feasibility of land mobilization and acquisition, crucial for the timely implementation of the IRR.

The government’s efforts to infrastructure development in Amaravati, aimed at bolstering urban connectivity and facilitating economic growth across the region.
