Andhra Pradesh Introduces Hall Tickets via WhatsApp for SSC Students

For the first time in Andhra Pradesh, SSC (Class 10) students have received their exam hall tickets directly via WhatsApp. This initiative aims to prevent alleged harassment by certain private schools that, in previous years, were accused of withholding hall tickets over unpaid fees.

To curb such incidents, the state government has ensured that hall tickets are sent directly to the phone numbers provided by students. This allows them to download their hall tickets independently, safeguarding them from undue pressure by school management.

This marks the first time such a system has been implemented in the state. A similar approach was recently introduced for Intermediate (Class 12) students, who also received their hall tickets through WhatsApp.

The move has been widely welcomed by parents and students, who appreciate the government's efforts to streamline the process. The hall tickets are being distributed via the government’s WhatsApp governance service at 9552300009, ensuring easy and direct access for students.
