VIP break darshans at Tirumala to continue: TTD

Reports circulating about the cancellation of VIP break darshans at the Tirumala Tirupati temple from May 1 to June 30 have been refuted by the TTD Governing Council. Jyotula Nehru, a member of the Council, addressed the issue, labeling the news as false.

He clarified that the TTD Governing Council has not passed any resolution to cancel the recommendation letters for darshans of MLAs, MPs, and ministers. The break darshans on the recommendation letters will continue as before.

However, Nehru explained that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), anticipating a surge in devotees during the summer season, is taking proactive steps to reduce VIP break darshans in order to allocate more space and ensure a smooth and hassle-free darshan experience for the general public.
