IIT Bombay Placements | Mumbai: The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) has released the placements report for the academic year 2023-24. Out of 2,414 students who registered for jobs, 1,979 students actively participated in the placement process. 1,475 students accepted job offers.
The average annual salary of students is Rs. 23.50 lakhs, with a median salary of Rs. 17.92 lakhs. 22 students have accepted jobs with annual salary packages of Rs. 1 crore and more, and 78 students have received job offers abroad. A total of 364 companies have offered 1,650 jobs, with significant recruitment in the engineering and technology department.
