Paladugu Narayana Swamy has taken over as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Society for Employment Generation

Paladugu Narayana Swamy has taken over as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in AP (SEEDAP), a nodal agency for skill development and employment generation in Andhra Pradesh.

The handing-over ceremony took place at the SEEDAP office in the NTR Administrative Building, Pundit Nehru bus station in Vijayawada. Prior to his new role, he was serving as Deputy Secretary to the Governor at Raj Bhavan since November 2022. A 2012 batch Group-I officer, Narayana Swamy has over a decade of experience in enforcement and administrative roles.

As the CEO of SEEDAP, Narayana Swamy will be responsible for providing employment training to rural youth and facilitating their employment. He has expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Nara Chandra babu Naidu for entrusting him with this responsibility. He has worked as Assistant Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, and Distillery Officer in various districts of the state.

Narayana Swamy has received several awards for his exceptional service, including a Meritorious Certificate from the Commissioner of Special Enforcement Bureau in 2021 and 2022, and a Commendation Certificate from the District Collector and Magistrate of Chittoor in 2016. He has also been instrumental in controlling the cultivation of ganja in the Visakhapatnam agency areas and has received appreciation from the government for his efforts.
