Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh Still On, Confirms Producer

As expected, Pawan Kalyan has significantly slowed down his film commitments after becoming the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. With his political duties taking priority, he has been unable to allocate sufficient dates for film shoots.

Amidst this, rumors swirled that Kalyan’s much-awaited film, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, directed by Harish Shankar, might be shelved. The film had already begun production, and a title teaser had been released earlier. However, with a major portion of the shoot still pending, reports suggested it was logistically impossible to complete.

Producer Clears the Air

Putting an end to speculations, producer Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers issued a strong clarification:

“Harish Shankar has locked an extraordinary script. We are waiting for Kalyan Garu’s dates and are determined to complete the shoot this year, aiming for a release next year. A Pawan Kalyan film carries bigger buzz than any pan-Indian project—this will be a prestigious venture for us.”

Kalyan’s Pending Projects

Notably, Kalyan himself has stated that he will continue acting as long as he needs financial resources. This means it won’t be long before he resumes work on his pending projects, including:

Ustaad Bhagat Singh

With Mythri Movie Makers backing Ustaad Bhagat Singh, fans can rest assured—the film is very much on track and will take off once Kalyan’s schedule permits.
