Telugu archer Jyothi Surekha strikes Gold at archery world cup

Andhra Pradesh’s star archer, Jyothi Surekha Vennam, clinched gold at the Archery World Cup Stage-1 in the United States. Competing in the compound mixed team event alongside Rishabh Yadav, the Indian duo delivered a stellar performance in the final held on Saturday.
They edged past the Chinese Taipei team of Huang Ai-Zhou and Chen Chih-Lun with a close score of 153-151, securing India’s top podium finish at the tournament.
Jyothi Surekha’s win adds another feather to her cap and brings pride to Telugu sports fans and the nation.
