Rayalaseema shall be free from migration : Lokesh
Minister for IT and HRD Nara Lokesh has emphasized that the State government’s goal is to make Rayalaseema free from migration, ensuring a prosperous future for its residents. Lokesh visited Mantralayam in Kurnool district, where he participated in the Sri Raghavendra Swamy Guruvaibhavotsavam and had darshan of Sri Raghavendra Swamy.
The six-day-long festivities commenced on Saturday, March 1, with minister Lokesh attending as the chief guest on the first day. Addressing the gathering, Lokesh said, "People should be happy and content under the NDA coalition government. We will work tirelessly to achieve this. Our goal is to ensure that Rayalaseema is free from migration.
I pray for good rains and seek the blessings of the people and God for our endeavors." Following the coronation ceremony, the head of the Math, Subudendra Tirthulu, honored Lokesh with a shawl and a memento as a token of respect, offering him special blessings.
Upon his arrival at the temple, minister Lokesh was welcomed with a Poornakumbha by the temple administrators. As part of the celebrations, the minister also participated in the chariot festival, where he pulled the temple chariot in a symbolic act of devotion.
Additionally, he inaugurated a newly built shopping complex within the temple premises. Kurnool district TDP president Palakurthi Thikka Reddy, Kurnool MP Bastipati Nagaraju, Pathikonda MLA KE Shyambabu, Mantralayam TDP In-charge N. Raghavendra Reddy, and MLC BT Naidu participated.
