Power Star Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for his first-ever period action epic, Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part-1: Sword vs Spirit, which is currently in the final stages of production. The film, produced by Mega Surya Productions, promises to offer a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience for audiences, blending grandeur with gripping action sequences.
The team recently wrapped up filming a colossal action sequence under the expert guidance of Hollywood legend Nick Powell. The sequence, which involved a massive collaboration of 400-500 stuntmen and extra artistes, has been described as one of the film's most visually striking moments. Pawan Kalyan himself participated in the shoot, and the makers are thrilled with the final result.
In an exciting development, the film has entered its last leg of shooting. The final schedule of the film will begin this weekend in Vijayawada, where another massive action sequence is set to unfold. This sequence will feature Pawan Kalyan alongside 200 artistes. The makers are confident that this will mark a spectacular conclusion to the shoot, and the movie remains on track for its scheduled release on March 28, 2025.
The film also features Bollywood actor Bobby Deol, known for his role in Animal, playing a key role alongside Pawan Kalyan. Niddhi Agerwal stars as the female lead, with veteran actors Anupam Kher, Nasser, and Raghu Babu filling out the supporting cast. Directed by Jyothi Krisna, the film aims to meet the high expectations of Pawan Kalyan’s fans, with the director carefully crafting the narrative to build anticipation through regular updates and an adrenaline-pumping teaser. The technical crew of the film is equally impressive, with ace cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa handling the cinematography.
Legendary production designer Thotha Tharani is responsible for the art direction, while Baahubali VFX supervisor Srinivas Mohan is working on the visual effects. The film’s music is composed by Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani, adding further prestige to the project. Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part-1 is produced by A. Dayakar Rao under the Mega Surya Productions banner, with renowned producer AM Rathnam presenting the film. With its grand scale and star-studded cast and crew, the film is set to make a massive impact when it hits theaters in March 2025.
