Here a good news for Andhra Pradesh’s capital Amaravati. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is planning to construct a new house for his family residential purpose in Amaravati. The family members of the Chief Minister acquired the land for the house construction purpose.
According to sources, one suitable site is finalised for Chief Minister’s residence purpose in the limits of Velagapudi village under the purview of Amaravati capital city. The proposed Velagapudi village is one among the 29 villages in the capital where the present tentative Assembly and administrative building is there.
The security aspect of Chandrababu Naidu is also considered to finalize the site. Nearly five acres of land is required for his residence needs. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is under the Z plus category security cover. The proposed house and location should be under the parameters of the security agencies.
In this backdrop, the finalization of location and specification is also important. So far Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been living at one private guest house of an industrialist with a rental agreement. There is a controversy about the legal sanctity of the house when the previous YSR Congress government made all efforts to vacate him and demolish. Already one government’s construction Praja Vedika near by Chandrababu Naidu’s house was demolished without considering the wastage of public money. During the process, the YSR Congress has been criticising the Chandrababu Naidu by cornering him about his seriousness and commitment on construction plans of Amaravati capital where there is at least no own house built so far.
Now the house construction plans of Chandrababu Naidu assumed significance in the progress of future of capital. As per the projections, Chandrababu Naidu’s residence proposal will become a big boost to Amaravati capital and farmers of landowners who have given 33,000 acres of land with confidence in him. As per the developments Chandrababu Naidu will be also the resident of 29 villages in the vicinity of capital city Amaravati in near future.
Former ZPTC member and TDP Narendra said that they are ready to give land for Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s residence construction purpose with free of cost if he gives consent.
But Chandrababu Naidu never accepted this proposal he said and added that the selection of location and land is almost finalised.
