Prominent film producer Dil Raju has formally assumed charge as the Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TFDC).

Prominent film producer Dil Raju has formally assumed charge as the Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TFDC). The Telangana government recently issued an official order appointing him to the post. Accompanied by his family, Dil Raju took over the responsibilities at the TFDC office today.

After assuming office, Dil Raju emphasized his commitment to restoring the former glory of the TFDC, highlighting the importance of collective support from all stakeholders. He stressed the need for promoting films that reflect Telangana’s culture and heritage.

Reflecting on the growth of the Telugu film industry, Dil Raju noted that it flourished significantly after shifting from Madras to Hyderabad. He expressed hope for further global recognition of Telugu cinema under his leadership.

Acknowledging the significant responsibilities of his role, Dil Raju pledged to act as a bridge between the government and the film industry. He assured his dedication to resolving issues affecting various sectors within the industry.

Dil Raju expressed gratitude to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy for entrusting him with the position.
