CBSE: Dates for Class 10 and 12 Board Exams Released

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the exam dates for Classes 10 and 12 for the year 2025. According to the date sheet released by the CBSE, the Class 12 exams will begin on February 15, 2025, with the first paper being Physical Education. Meanwhile, the Class 10 board exams will also commence on February 15, 2025, starting with the English paper. Breaking with the tradition of recent years, CBSE has decided to conduct the exams for core subjects first this time. The Class 10 exams will continue until March 18, while the Class 12 exams will run until April 4.

*86 Days in Advance*
The board released the date sheet 86 days prior to the start of the exams, which is a first. Officials stated this was made possible because schools submitted their List of Candidates (LOC) on time. Precautions were taken to ensure that no student has exams for two subjects scheduled on the same date. Exams will begin at 10:30 AM.

Students appearing for the CBSE board exams, along with their parents, can download the PDF version of the date sheet from the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
