Naidu to lay foundation for new house in Amaravati on April 9
Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will lay the foundation stone for his new residence in Amaravati on April 9, marking a significant step in the region’s development. Arrangements have already begun for construction on the 5-acre land purchased near E6 road in Velagapudi revenue limits, just two kilometers from the Amaravati Government Complex.
With the reconstruction of Amaravati set to begin under the leadership of the Prime Minister, CM Naidu has expedited the registration process and Bhoomi Puja to commence work at the earliest. The construction plans prioritize security, functionality, and aesthetics, incorporating a garden, dedicated security quarters, and ample vehicle parking.
The Chief Minister has formed a special team to oversee the construction, ensuring swift progress. Recently, minister Nara Lokesh’s office staff and Vastu experts inspected the site, following which land leveling work began. The full registration process is expected to be completed by the end of this month.
Additionally, electricity poles leading to the site are being relocated, and infrastructure improvements, including roads and drainage systems, will commence in nearby areas.
The government considers this project highly significant, with local residents predicting that it will become a symbol of Amaravati’s resurgence.
