Chandrababu reviews TTD development plans

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu held a review meeting on Wednesday at the Secretariat to discuss the enhancement of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and its services. The meeting focused on improving the temple’s prestige, making it more accessible to devotees, and ensuring seamless services.

TTD officials presented a report detailing initiatives undertaken over the past nine months to enhance facilities for pilgrims. The Chief Minister reviewed future strategies to manage the increasing influx of devotees and discussed feedback collected on services such as darshan and accommodation. Special arrangements for major festivals, including Brahmotsavam, Ratha Saptami, and Vaikuntha Ekadashi, were also examined.

Officials briefed Naidu on improvements in Srivari Laddu Prasadam and Anna Prasadam. Other key topics included expanding gallery facilities, setting up arrangements at Madhaveedhi to accommodate more devotees, constructing a base camp at Alipiri, and developing the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple. The progress of the Srivari Temple in Amaravati and the construction of Srivari temples outside the state were also discussed. The Chief Minister emphasized the need to further elevate Tirumala’s global standing and enhance the overall experience for pilgrims.
