Satya Kumar Yadav Slams Revanth Reddy Over Modi-Godse Remark

Andhra Pradesh Minister Satya Kumar Yadav launched a sharp attack on Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, strongly condemning his recent comments likening Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Nathuram Godse.

Calling the remarks "irresponsible and unbecoming of a Chief Minister," Yadav accused Revanth Reddy of resorting to personal attacks in an attempt to deflect attention from his own governance failures.

“In order to cover up his inefficiency, Revanth Reddy is comparing Narendra Modi to Godse,” Yadav said, alleging that Reddy had failed to deliver on his electoral promises. He further stated that the Telangana CM was “clinging to his position” and using provocative rhetoric to safeguard it.

Yadav charged that Revanth Reddy had developed a pattern of making “divisive and incoherent statements” as a distraction tactic. “Such remarks are beneath the dignity of the Chief Minister’s office,” he asserted.

In a pointed jibe, Yadav ridiculed Reddy’s political ambitions, stating, “Even the Nehru-Indira-Rajiv-Sonia-Rahul Gandhi family couldn’t stop the BJP. What can Revanth do?”

The exchange highlights escalating tensions between the BJP and the Congress ahead of the upcoming elections, with both sides trading barbs over leadership, legacy, and ideological direction.
