Story:
As a child, Rayan (Dhanush) commits a murder to protect his younger sister (Dushara Vijayan) from his younger brothers (Sandeep Kishan and Kalidas Jayaram). He then moves to a new area and starts a life with a food stall cart. In the same area, AJ Surya and Saravanan lead two rival gangs with old grudges. Amidst this, the son of Saravanan is brutally murdered.
On the other hand, police officer Prakash Raj holds a grudge against the same area where his father was killed. He strikes a deal with Rayan, and the story unfolds from there.
