Odisha Deputy CM Confirms Priyanka Chopra’s Role in Mahesh Babu & Rajamouli’s Film

The much-anticipated film featuring Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli is currently filming a crucial schedule in the breathtaking landscapes of the Eastern Ghats in Odisha. While the shoot is progressing swiftly, an unexpected revelation has stirred excitement among fans.

Odisha’s Deputy Chief Minister, Parvati Parida, has almost confirmed that Priyanka Chopra is part of the project. In a tweet, she stated, “Director SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film SSMB29, starring South superstars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, along with internationally acclaimed actress Priyanka Chopra, is being shot in Koraput, proving that Odisha has a wealth of cinematic landscapes for film shooting. This will give a major boost to Odisha Tourism.”

Rajamouli has maintained tight secrecy around the film, but leaks continue to emerge. Recently, a behind-the-scenes video of Mahesh Babu surfaced on social media, and now, the Deputy CM has unintentionally confirmed Priyanka’s involvement—suggesting she even participated in the Odisha schedule.
