TGPSC Group 2 Exam Postponement: Group 2 Exam Likely to be Postponed for the Fourth Time
The Telangana Group 2 exam seems to be facing repeated delays, with the possibility of being postponed for the fourth consecutive time.
The Telangana Group 2 exam seems to be facing repeated delays, with the possibility of being postponed for the fourth consecutive time. The exam, which was initially scheduled for December 15 and 16, conflicts with another examination on the same day.
According to the TGPSC schedule, the Group 2 exams consist of four papers. Papers 1 and 3 are to be conducted from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, while Papers 2 and 4 will take place from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. However, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is also holding an exam for the recruitment of Junior Engineer positions on December 16, creating confusion among candidates.
Many students who plan to take the Group 2 exam have also applied for the RRB Junior Engineer positions. As a result, they face the difficult decision of having to choose between the two exams. Candidates are urging both the Railway Department and the Telangana State Government to postpone one of these exams.
In the meantime, TGPSC has announced that hall tickets for the Group 2 exams will be released on December 9. This recruitment process aims to fill 783 Group 2 posts across 18 departments, with approximately 5.51 lakh candidates statewide having applied for these positions and preparing for the exams.
