Tragic Road Accident in the U.S. Claims the Life of Tenali Woman Pursuing MS Degree
In a tragic incident in the United States, Nagasreevandana Parimala, a 26-year-old woman from Tenali in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh, lost her life. Parimala, the daughter of local businessman Ganesh and Rama Devi, had moved to the U.S. two years ago to pursue her Master of Science (MS) degree. She was studying in Tennessee at the time of the accident.
The fatal event occurred on Friday night when the car Parimala was traveling in was struck by a truck, resulting in severe injuries that led to her untimely death. The news of her passing has left her family and the community in Tenali in deep sorrow.
Representatives of the Telugu Association of North America (TANA) are working to arrange for Parimala’s remains to be sent back to India as soon as possible.
Concerns have been raised regarding the increasing number of road accidents involving individuals from Telugu-speaking states in the U.S. in recent times.
