Vijayawada : April 9: In preparation for the forthcoming Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has initiated a significant step by inviting public input for shaping the ‘Praja manifesto,’ also known as the people’s manifesto. The collaborative effort involves the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Jana Sena Party (JSP), the alliance partners also, who have unveiled a WhatsApp number, 8341130393, dedicated to receiving suggestions and feedback from the public regarding the manifesto.
TDP politburo member Varla Ramaiah said that TDP’s president N Chandrababu Naidu has issued directives to engage in extensive public consultation for the unified manifesto of the TDP-BJP-JSP alliance.
Ramaiah also said that the WhatsApp number’s launch as a means to facilitate public participation in shaping the manifesto. A specialised team has been assembled for this purpose, with the manifesto committee committed to reviewing and considering the ideas and opinions expressed by the public.
Emphasising the unprecedented nature of this initiative, Ramaiah underscored the alliance’s commitment to involve the public actively in the manifesto drafting process, noting that such inclusivity is vital for realising the collective aspirations of the people.
