A case has been registered against former minister and BRS MLA Harish Rao by the Panjagutta police.
A case has been registered against former minister and BRS MLA Harish Rao by the Panjagutta police. The complaint was filed by Chakradhar, a resident of Siddipet, who alleged that his phone was tapped and that he was harassed with false cases. Based on this complaint, a case has been registered under Sections 120(B), 386, 409, 506, along with Section 34 of the IPC, and under relevant provisions of the IT Act.
In addition to HarishRao, a case has also been filed against the then Task Force DCP, Radhakrishna Rao, as part of the allegations. Further investigations are underway into the claims made by the complainant.
