NTR Is the Only Choice for a Sagara Sangamam Remake, Says Koratala Siva
NTR and director Koratala Siva are currently in Japan, actively promoting Devara: Part 1. During media interactions, both shared insights about the film, their careers, Indian cinema, Telugu cinema, and even their personal lives.
During one such discussion, Koratala Siva made an interesting remark about the possibility of remaking Sagara Sangamam, a classic by legendary filmmaker K. Viswanath. “If any director from our generation ever attempts to remake Sagara Sangamam, NTR would be the only choice for the lead role,” Siva stated. He also praised Viswanath as a filmmaker who beautifully represented Indian culture in his movies.
As Siva spoke, NTR listened with admiration, smiling at the mention of his potential casting. Known for his exceptional dancing skills, NTR remains unmatched in the craft—making him a natural fit for a film like Sagara Sangamam, which revolves around traditional dance. However, the magic of the original remains irreplaceable.
Meanwhile, fans can look forward to NTR and Koratala Siva collaborating once again for Devara: Part 2, promising yet another grand cinematic experience.
