Siddu Jonnalagadda presents a cheque of 15 lakhs to CM Revanth Reddy
Talented young actor Siddu Jonnalagadda, known to Telugu audiences as "Star Boy," met with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today. During this meeting, he presented a cheque of ₹15 lakhs for the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Siddu had previously promised to assist when the two Telugu states were affected by floods.
In addition, he announced a total financial contribution of ₹30 lakhs to support both Telugu states, intending to donate ₹15 lakhs to each. In an emotional message he shared when the floods hit, Siddu expressed, "This should not have happened.
This is not a coincidence. No one should have to face such embarrassing situations. Many people are suffering due to the floods. At a time like this, we all need to come together and help. On my part, I will donate ₹30 lakhs (₹15 lakhs each for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) to the flood relief fund.
I know that the loss caused cannot be compensated with money; however, I hope that this contribution will be useful in restoring some lives and instilling confidence in those affected."
Keeping his promise, Siddu met with CM Revanth Reddy today to formally present the cheque. He was accompanied by his father, Saikumar, along with Congress leader Dr. C Rohin Reddy, Mahendra, and producer Kashi Konda, who also participated in the event.
