BJP State president and Rajamahendravaram MP Daggubati Purandeshwari expressed her pride in representing India at the Commonwealth Conference in Sydney and focused on the challenges faced by women, particularly misbehavior and harassment.
She noted the increasing mental distress among women representatives due to online harassment and negative comments on social media. "To combat this, we will organize seminars to help women achieve mental stability and resilience," she said, adding that actions will be taken against intentional misinformation through cybercrime laws.
