NDA fixes Jagan to attend Assembly to explain facts over AP debts, social media mayhem !

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that the state debts as Rs 9.74 lakh crore

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that the state debts as Rs 9.74 lakh crore and challenged the opposition party to come and discuss if they have any dispute about the facts. Naidu did not mention the name of anyone in particular but he explained the details of state debts following the remarks of former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy during his press conference as reaction to the state budget and debts.

Chief Minister Naidu explained the state debts in each sector. Chief Minister indirectly invited YS Jagan to attend the Assembly for debating the facts of debts. Already Jagan said that Rs 6.5 lakh crore was state debt at the end of his tenure. Now Jagan has a responsibility to prove the truth in the Assembly. On the other hand, the YSR Congress has also a responsibility to attend the Assembly and question the State Government over arrests of social media activists especially about his party workers. Now the YSR Congress has submitted a representation to National Human Rights Commission about arrests by terming it as a constitutional violation.

The YSR Congress party has appointed constituency level committees across the state to protect their party activists from illegal arrests. In this backdrop, there is a point of discussion in the political circles that how the committee leaders would question the police department about arrests when the elected representatives are silent by avoiding Assembly sessions where they can question the Chief Minister and Home Minister. Moreover, Chief Minister Chandrababu made sarcastic comments about Jagan Reddy that his absence was especially for opposition status not related to any public issue.

On the other hand, Congress party Andhra Pradesh unit president YS Sharmila Reddy asked her brother and former Chief Minister YS Jaganwhat was the difference between Congress party absence in assembly and 11 members YSR Congress party in the Assembly. " Both are the same," she added.
