On Monday, Waaree Energies announced that they have secured a contract to supply solar modules for a 412 MWp project in Rajasthan. The company will provide bi-facial solar modules with capacities ranging from 540-545 Wp each for the project, which is expected to be completed by March 2025. These bi-facial modules have the ability to absorb sunlight from both sides. The contract is for Acciona Energy’s subsidiary Juna Renewable’s 412.5 MWp Project in Rajasthan, but no further details about the order were provided. Waaree Energies is a leading manufacturer of solar photovoltaic modules in India.
