In June, Toyota Kirloskar Motor reported its best-ever monthly sales, with 27,474 units sold. This marks a 40% increase compared to the 19,608 units sold in June 2023. Of the total sales, 25,752 units were sold domestically and 1,722 units were exported.
Sabari Manohar, the Vice President of Sales-Service-Used Car Business at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, stated that the company’s SUV and MPV segments are leading the surge in sales, reflecting strong consumer preference for these versatile and reliable vehicles.
Additionally, the automaker has expanded its focus to rural areas, which has contributed to broadening its customer base and driving significant momentum alongside its strong presence in major cities.
