The Nampally court has issued directives to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to attend the next hearing in the ‘Cash for Vote’ Enforcement Directorate (ED) case . The court’s decision comes after several accused, including Revanth Reddy, Mattaiah, Uday Simha, Vem Krishna Kirtan, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, and Sebastian, failed to appear during the scheduled proceedings on Monday.
The Nampally bench expressed its displeasure at the absence of the accused, stressing the importance of their presence in court. While the bench waived the hearing for the day, it issued a clear mandate that the accused, including CM Revanth Reddy, must attend the next scheduled session. The court adjourned the case to October 16, making it imperative for all accused parties to be present at the hearing.
