Amaravati: Telugu Desam party is providing free training and jobs to youth though it is not in power. TDP has started an empowerment center exclusively in its state party office premises at Atmakur near Mangalagiri for this purpose.

Surprisingly, TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu is facing charges in a skill development case but he initiated the same model training center almost two years ago. It shows Chandrababu’s passion for youth empowerment and it is his main agenda even politics are taking new turns. It may be recalled that Chandrababu Naidu gave permission to many engineering colleges in the combined state of Andhra Pradesh and created lakhs of jobs in Hyderabad by encouraging Information Technology development.

As a result, Hyderabad stands second in IT exports in the country worth nearly $3 billion. At that time the Hyderabad city was adjudged second fastest growing city in the world. Finally, not only Hyderabad City the then Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu got recognition as a tech-savvy CM.

The lakhs of Andhra Pradesh youth secured jobs in the IT sector. Similarly, the youth of the state started their journey from Hyderabad and continued up to America by following further developments. It is the reason Chandrababu Naidu has a huge following across the globe, especially in techies.

He made similar efforts in Andhra Pradesh also after the state bifurcation. He started two well-reputed universities in Amaravati. He succeeded in starting the IT giant HCL journey from Gannavaram to provide 10,000 high-end IT jobs. Kia Motors, Adani Data Center have also completed the preliminary work for grounding the projects. Later Chandrababu Naidu lost power. During his tenure, he had given utmost priority to the establishment of Skill Development Centres.

Even in his present journey as Opposition leader, Chandrababu Naidu has started the Empowerment Centre in the party’s central office. NRI TDP which is an associated body of the Telugu Desam party has taken up the responsibility to provide employment at international standards free of cost.

The Empowerment Centre provides free training in IT courses like JAVA, Python, Data Analytics, Web Development,  for B.Tech and science graduates. Tally and other Quick book maintenance courses have been offered by the empowerment center for commerce graduates. ITI and Diploma background qualification students can get free training in electrician courses and those will be given job offers in Gulf countries. All the students will get training in communication skills, especially in English and Hindi.

Apart from this, jobs will be provided to students who are qualified in training in local companies and abroad also. As many as 15,000 students and unemployed youth reached the empowerment center for jobs and training purposes during the last one year. So far nearly 2000 jobs have been provided in various fields. Nearly 100 teachers, electricians and hotel management students got jobs in America and Gulf countries with the help of TDP Empowerment Centre. The techies who reached various countries by getting support from Chandrababu Naidu’s vision are now extending support in all the ways including providing jobs by taking into consideration of unemployment position in the state in the present conditions. The initiative will be continued in future also after TDP comes to power, said the training centre organisers.
