Tamilnadu : Fatal accident in Tamil Nadu.. Plyover under construction collapsed

A terrible accident happened in Tamil Nadu. The ply over under construction suddenly collapsed. The atrocity took place at the plyover being constructed on the Chennai-Bangalore National Highway near Ambur bus stand in Tirupattur district. Hundreds of workers working there were trapped under the debris when the plyver collapsed. 

The rescue personnel who reached the spot immediately started rescue operations and are removing the debris. So far 12 workers have been rescued safely. Rescue personnel are carrying out rescue operations to save those trapped under the debris. To reduce traffic congestion on the national highway and avoid road accidents, a high-level flyover will be constructed in Ambur city limits.

 Locals say that if the construction of this high-level flyover is completed, the traffic congestion on the National Highway in Ambur will be reduced to a great extent. The construction work of this flyover is 60 percent complete. This accident happened in this order.
