The coalition government has selected Mangalagiri constituency as a pilot project. The survey will start from the third of next month. An app is also being prepared in this regard. Officials estimate that the information collected through the survey will be useful for skill training and employment generation for about 20 years. After identifying who needs skill training in which domain through this survey, skill colleges, hubs, centers will be set up in new colleges and universities and training will be provided. After this certificates will be given to the candidates. Also, the students will get details from the companies about what kind of skills the candidates need. Training will be given accordingly.. and they will be connected to the companies.

The skill calculation will be done by the gram ward secretariat staff. For this, training classes will be organized for the Gram Ward Secretariat staff in two phases. They will be trained in two installments on 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st of this month. They go door to door and collect the details through the tabs given by the government. Information is collected through 25 types of questions. literate? Illiterates? Employees? Those who didn’t get a job after studying? Is the job an organized sector? Unorganized sector? Educational qualifications of the unemployed? PHA, MS, Degree, Intermediate, 10th, 8th? Do you have domain knowledge if you study BTech? Information is collected through 25 types of questions. The PF accounts of those working in the organized sector and those in the unorganized sector will be taken through e-shram.
Officials estimate that it may take four to eight months for each constituency to conduct the entire survey.
