Silver prices surged on Monday, rising by Rs 1,319 to reach Rs 91,867 per kilogram in futures trading, as traders increased their investments due to strong spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for July delivery saw a significant jump of Rs 1,319 or 1.46 percent to Rs 91,867 per kg in 24,752 lots. Analysts attributed the increase in silver prices to the establishment of new positions by traders, driven by a positive domestic market trend. Globally, silver was trading 1.46 percent higher at USD 30.95 per ounce in New York
