Radhika Nair Appointed as Volvo Group India’s Head of People & Culture

Volvo Group has appointed Radhika Nair as the Head of People & Culture for India, effective from July 1, 2024. Radhika, who joined the Group in 2021, brings with her over two decades of rich experience. Prior to this role, she held the positions of Vice President, P&C for Global Vehicle Technology and Head of People and Culture at the Technology Centre of Volvo Group in Bangalore.

In her new role, Radhika will be responsible for the complete People & Culture function, including Rewards, Labour & Employee Relations, Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, International Mobility, and Learning & Development. She will also be part of the India Country Management & Leadership Team.

Radhika has extensive experience working with major international companies. Before joining Volvo Group, she held various positions within the HR function at Accenture, Uninor, Future Group, and HSBC. She has led the development and execution of talent strategy aligned with business objectives.
