Andhra Pradesh BJP chief spokesperson, Lanka Dinakar, highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership in achieving the highest employment growth in the manufacturing sector over the past 12 years. Speaking on the performance for 2022-23, Dinakar pointed out that the sector recorded 1.84 crore employees, marking a 7.5 per cent growth compared to 1.72 crore in the previous year, 2021-22.
Dinakar attributed this positive trend to PM Modi’s visionary initiatives, such as Atmanirbhar Bharat and the Gati Shakti Yojana. He emphasized the critical role of reforms in the automobile and textile industries, which have fueled growth in the infrastructure, manufacturing, and service sectors. “This remarkable progress serves as a foundation for Prime Minister Modi’s Sankalpa Vikasit Bharat (Mission Developed India),” Dinakar remarked. In a related initiative,
Andhra Pradesh’s Education and IT Minister, Nara Lokesh, recently announced a Skill Survey aimed at enhancing the skills of the youth. Dinakar praised this move, stating that such practices align with PM Modi’s vision and will create further opportunities in both the manufacturing and services sectors, contributing to a more developed India.
