Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the support for the BJP-led NDA government is growing stronger, and the people have decided that they want a strong NDA government at the Centre.
He expressed gratitude to those who voted after the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha polls.
The Prime Minister also mentioned that no matter what kind of votebank politics the opposition tries, the people will not believe them as they are discredited and dejected.
The fifth phase of the general assembly elections recorded over 59% voter turnout in 49 constituencies across six states and two Union territories.
With the completion of polling in the fifth phase, voting has been completed in 25 states and Union Territories, covering 428 constituencies out of 543 in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.
Two more phases are remaining, scheduled for May 25 and June 1, with the counting of votes set for June 4.
