One more opportunity for flood damage enumeration: Collector Srujana

Another opportunity to record flood damage has been provided by the government. The process of calculating damage in the flood-affected areas under the jurisdiction of 179 secretariats in relation to Vijayawada Urban has been conducted. The state government has allowed another chance to register details so that no one is left behind. G. Srijana stated this in a statement.

The enumeration lists will be displayed in the secretariats on Sunday morning, and individuals who have not yet registered are advised to contact the respective secretariats and special officers to complete the enumeration. Ward special officers, district officers, and secretariat staff will be available within the secretariats on Sundays and Mondays.

Additionally, special IAS officers appointed by the state government will personally monitor the final stage of the process. The government has provided this opportunity with the intention that no one experiencing loss and hardship should be left unenumerated. It is explained that the special officers of the respective wards have already been instructed to prepare and send the final lists by Monday evening.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister has taken a decision to provide compensation to the victims on the 25th of this month. Special Chief Secretary of Revenue RP Sisodia is specially monitoring the process of registering loss calculation details.
