L&T Secures Major ONGC Order for PRPVIII Group B Project

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced that it has secured a significant order from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The company considers contracts valued between Rs 1,000-2,500 crore as significant orders. The project has been awarded to L&T’s Energy Hydrocarbon (LTEH) vertical and involves the eighth phase of the Pipeline Replacement Project (PRPVIII Group B) off India’s west coast. The scope of the order includes the engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), installation, and commissioning of 129-km subsea pipelines as well as associated modification works for the project. L&T, a USD 27 billion Indian multinational enterprise, specializes in EPC projects, hi-tech manufacturing, and services, and operates across multiple geographies.
