KTR strongly criticized the demolition efforts of the organization Hydra, which is targeting the removal of illegal structures within the FTL and buffer zone in Hyderabad. Hydra has already demolished numerous structures and issued notices to 1,350 people. BRS Working President KTR accused the state government of being behind the demolition efforts and labeled it as another instance of false propaganda by the opposition Congress party.
He highlighted the construction of a large number of houses during the previous government’s tenure and questioned the current government’s commitment to completing the construction of double bedroom houses for Musi residents. The GHMC officials estimated that more than 25,000 double bedroom houses will require Rs. 3000 crores for completion, with 4500 houses already finished and an additional 10,000 houses needed for Musi residents.
